The booking is confirmed and available only if a pre-payment/deposit is made.

Reservations

A 50% deposit is required for booking, and full payment at least 20 days prior to service commencement. If dates of service are below 30 days, full payment is required. 

Cancellations

Payment made will be refunded on early cancellation, less the cost of cancellation fees levied by hotels, guest houses, or lodges. Booking fees and bank charges are nonrefundable. Note that, in some instances, cancellation fees may be higher depending on the property booked and parties involved in the preparation of the tour; thus, affecting the reimbursement amount. 

• Between 60 and 31days prior to arrival 40% of tour costs
• Between 30 and 16 days – 60% of tour costs
• Less than 15 days 100% of tour costs. 

In all cases, notifications of cancellation are to be put in writing and addressed to Serene Life Adventures’ official email used while booking the tour.
